Yes, we will arrange for you to have a personal cleaner that you can get to know
IS IT SAFE TO GIVE THE CLEANER MY KEYS?
Yes, it is quite normal for a cleaner to hold keys to a property. All cleaners have been thoroughly vetted and trained on best practice for key security
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
This depends on your exact location and how often you use your cleaner. Typically cleaners cost less than £10 an hour and the management fee is typically less than £4 a week. Please see the services and fees page for full breakdown or simply request a quote.
WHICH CLEANING PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
Our cleaners use the cleaning products and materials that you provide so you can always be sure that your house is cleaned exactly how you like it. If you are unsure we are happy to advise on cleaning products that you might like to have
What times are cleaners available?
We can provide cleaners to fit most requirements although this is subject to availability. Most of our cleaners work normal business hours between 9am-4pm Monday to Friday although we do have teams that work weekends, evening and early mornings as well. The best thing you can do is make and enquiry and we can let you knwo whaich cleaners are available in your area and what hours they work.

DO I have to pay upfront?
For regular cleaning services then you do not have to make any payment before your first clean. You will pay your cleaner the agreed rate after they have complete the clean to your satisfaction and only once you are happy that the cleaner is a good fit for you will we discuss your ongoing fee options.
For One-Off cleans we ask for a £20 payment to be cleared before the cleaner arrives to secure your service

What if I don't want my house cleaned while I am on holiday?
You are under no obligation to have your house cleaned at any time. You can cancel your clean, postpone it or reschedule it without penalty
