Yes, it is quite normal for a cleaner to hold keys to a property. All cleaners have been thoroughly vetted and trained on best practice for key security

How Much does it cost? 

This depends on your exact location and how often you use your cleaner. Typically cleaners cost less than £10 an hour and the management fee is typically less than £4 a week. Please see the services and fees page for full breakdown or simply request a quote.

Our cleaners use the cleaning products and materials that you provide so you can always be sure that your house is cleaned exactly how you like it. If you are unsure we are happy to advise on cleaning products that you might like to have
